Paula Arab is the founder and principal strategist of Calgary and Vancouver-based Paula Arab & Associates Inc. Prior to starting her own company, she spent 30 years working in Canada’s largest newsrooms across multi-media platforms, including as a national business writer for The Canadian Press wire service in Toronto, a producer and on-air personality for CBC Radio, (Toronto and Edmonton) and multiple editorial and leadership positions at newspapers across Canada, from the Halifax Chronicle Herald/Mail Star and Halifax Daily News to The Toronto Sun, Edmonton Journal, Calgary Herald and the Vancouver Sun and Province. She was best known as an opinion columnist and staff editorial writer for the Calgary Herald.

Today she continues to write columns under her own name and those of her clients, which have appeared in the Globe and Mail, National Post, Financial Post, Calgary Herald, Troy Media, The Orca and the Postmedia network, to name a few.
